GirlSportWorks seeks candidates to fill the position of Program Manager in Cusco, Peru for the upcoming year.

 Program Managers lead the sports program at schools in Cusco, and also search for new ways for GirlSportWorks to become more involved in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a grass-roots project and work with children in need, while having fun and learning in a fascinating and dynamic culture.

 Program Managers spend one year in Cusco, Peru, one of Peru´s most fascinating tourist destinations, and have opportunity to travel throughout Peru and South America!

 We seek active candidates with enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to help improve an ever-evolving program. Applicants must be athletic and familiar with a wide variety of sports, work well with children, and possess a working knowledge of the Spanish language. Successful candidates will demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 The period of employment last one year, starting in July or August. GirlSportWorks covers all of employees living expenses as well as health insurance and airfare between the United States and Peru.
